De uitdaging
Patients called to book because the old site was confusing. The front desk was overloaded and new patients struggled to find treatment information.
Onze oplossing
We structured content around treatments and patient questions, designed a soft, clinical visual language and integrated their scheduling system for 24/7 online booking.
